Hi! My name is Aimé Hogan, I own and operate Prairie Roots Floral Studio. After graduating from the Canadian Institute of Floral Design in 2011, I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to manage several successful flower shops in Toronto. At these shops, I was the lead wedding designer and in my 8 years of managing, I was able to design hundreds of weddings. I was also able to create the curriculum for, and teach, an Introduction to Floral Design Course at Toronto Metropolitan University.
In 2019 my husband and I decided to make the move from Toronto to Kingston, and with that, Prairie Roots was born.
At Prairie Roots, we treat every wedding and event as if it was our own. We kick boring designs to the curb and strive to bring life into your wedding or event by infusing it with our signature lush, unstructured and natural style.
We strive to protect Mother Nature in all we do. We source from local flower farmers whenever possible, compost, recycle and reuse all materials and choose not to use floral foam.
We are in awe of every bloom and can’t wait to show you the impact that flowers make.
